On the bed, eyes wide open counting down to the time i wake up. The bath. That look in the mirror. The scent of the colonge that adorns the body and ahhh finally slipping on a shirt. Black pants. A tie thats black with the word Airasia.com. The wings. The epaulettes. All coming together to form the uniform that adorns this body to chase THE DREAM.
Its been a long time, much has happened and to those i have gained,lost, seen, heard, felt. This day marks the beginning of a dream and rightly so the quest for thirst, excellence, combined emotion and dreams and feeling through sentiments and values. Through the good and the bad. The day has come.
As a child holding a toy plane looking at the skies. Having a grin on my face and the feeling n knowledge in my heart. I want this. In the mind. The skills. Talking on the radio. Ears feel the atmospheric pressure of altitude. Hands fast at work. Legs on pedals. Eyes on the runway. The sense of acceleration. The lives of 180 souls. 6 crew. 1 heart living a dream. This is what i live for. What id die doing.
Final line check is hours away. This is a new beginning. Im taking control of my life. Im living this dream. God help me.
